Executive Functioning & Sensory Assessment:
This assessment is designed for individuals who already have a diagnosis and are seeking a deeper understanding of their executive functioning and sensory processing profile. This is also great for those who just got a basic ADHD or ASD diagnosis, but want to know more in-depth about their daily functioning and are also interested in the Cognitive Remediation Training.
Service Delivery Format: 90-minute intake, records review, targeted assessment, and 60-minute final results review session.
Result Format: 1-page summary
Fee: $750 (Not covered by insurance, self-pay only)
Note: This assessment does not provide a diagnosis, and will not serve as proof of medication management or workplace/school accommodations.
Only ADHD or Only ASD or SLD Assessment + 2-page summary:
Service Delivery Format: This level of assessment provides a clinical interview and assessments, as well as a follow-up session to review the findings. You will be provided with a letter of clinical findings. However, this letter is for personal use only and will not provide recommendations for medical, educational, or occupational accommodations.
Results Format: 2-page summary (1-page with diagnoses and summary + 1-page of all screeners and assessments listed for validation)
This is for those who just want to know, but do not require a full 40+ page report, or get overwhelmed by all of the data
Everything is written out in the most simplistic form that can be brought to your regular provider or therapist, or just for your own keeping.
Change your mind and want a full report? This can totally be done for up to 6 months post-assessment day

$1500 (Self-pay; pending approval, may be covered by insurance).
$600 for an additional, extensive report if requested within 6 months. Self-pay only.
Note: NOT recommended for those who have a high trauma background. Only for children, adolescents, or adults who do not need workplace or school accommodations. In professional and academic settings, organizations typically require an extensive report.
The Big Whammy! The Comprehensive Neuroeducational Profile+Full Data Report
Service Delivery Format: This level of assessment provides a clinical interview and assessments, as well as a follow-up session to review the findings. You will be provided with a full, comprehensive report
Results Format: 35+ page report with all relevant history, extensive diagnostic summary, all the charts and graphs in the world (but with easy-to-understand interpretations), and specialized academic or workplace accommodations (upon request).
This is great for those with highly complex cases and those who need additional accommodations in work or educational settings.
Fee: $3000 (Self-Pay; pending approval; may be covered by insurance).

Delivered on Tuesday (Neurodivergence Focus) & Thursday (Peri-/Menopause Focus) evenings at 6:00pm, attendance at all sessions is required to ensure the best results. Sessions cannot be made up at another time due to program schedule requirements.
Groups are offered in Fall (September-November) & Spring (January-March)
For sessions that land on a federal holiday, classes will take place the next business day, at the same regular time.
