Neuroeducational Affirming Assessments

Comprehensive Neuroeducational Assessment:

Insurance: $550-$750 Non-Negotiable Administrative Services Fee (non-billable service). 
  • Portions of the assessment fall outside what insurance typically covers—we’re happy to help you check your specific benefits. 
  • Must be paid in full before report is released. 
  • Payment plans available
Self-Pay Fee: $3000.
  • Great for those who want privacy and full control over their private health information.
  • Must be paid in full before report is released.

Service Delivery Format: 
  • Clinical Interview-1 hour appt
  • Assessment Delivery:
    • Option #1
      • 1 appointment that is 3 hours long and includes all performance-based assessments
      • 2-3 appointments that are 1 hour long for objective interview-based assessments
    • Option #2
      • 5-8 hour-long sessions, delivered either weekly or bi-weekly pending availability (process is longer in time, but just as comprehensive)
  • Follow-up session to review the findings.
Result Presentation: +/-10 page summary of clinical findings and diagnosis.
Optional Services:  

Extensive (30+ page) diagnostic data report

  • Includes all graphs and extensive data review. 
  • Can be requested up to 6 months after the initial assessment date. 
  • Fee: $600 (not covered by insurance) 

IEP/504 Plan & Workplace Accommodations and Support

  • Comprehensive accommodations for educational (IEP/504) or occupational purposes. 
  • Includes attendance of provider as client advocate for one organizational supportive meeting (e.g., 504/IEP Annual meeting)
  • Can be requested up to 6 months after the initial assessment date. 
  • Fee: $600 (not covered by insurance)
